This is the subsection that everyone who works out should read. The most basic ingredients for an efficient and potential workout can be found here. In the fundamentals section the most important exercises will be explained, and I will explain the different types/styles of programs one can use to obtain maximum results. Last but not least this section will contain articles how to design your own personal workout regime that works best for your own goals and experience level. Cardio will only be minimally featured in this section, as it has its own subsection. Implementing cardio into your own program will be featured in this section however.
