Premade Workout Routines

This page will contain premade routines for people who do not want to invest the time to craft their own personal program but want something premade. The section will mainly feature programs for beginners with different goals. Some of the routines will be for the more advanced trainees, but very advanced and elite athletes should craft their own personal program based on their needs and experience.
