This is the section most people will be most interested in, and it is probably the most fun subject to learn about. This is the section where you will translate the theory to practice the most. Here you will find all the information you need to build an efficient training program based on you own personal needs and goals. My approach to training is high intensity to maximize results and minimize time consumption. Most exercises will be ‘’compound’’ exercises that have the most potential to help you reach your goals. Although this site is mainly for people who go to a gym and have the ability to use a weight room, all forms of exercise will be covered, including free-weight exercises, body-weight exercises, and cardio exercises. The importance of rest between exercises and workouts will also be explained in this section. Rest is a highly underestimated factor in fitness. Allot of my clients who thought they did not do enough to reach their goals were actually overtraining. I’ve had clients who had been overtraining for years, who made insane gains from just training 2x30minutes per week. You can almost say I have a less = more approach to training. To maximize the gains from your workouts and minimize the time consumed, I suggest taking a good look at this section.
The training section will be divided in the following subsections;
The part everyone who works out should read. The most basic ingredients for an efficient and potential workout can be found here. In the fundamentals section the most important exercises will be explained, and I will explain the different types/styles of programs one can use to obtain maximum results. Last but not least this section will contain articles how to design your own personal regime that works best for your own goals and experience level. Cardio will only be minimally featured in this section, as it has its own subsection. How to implement cardio into your own program will be featured in this section however.
This is where you can find routines and training advice for specific needs. For example specialized routines and tips and tricks to gain maximum strength, sport specific fitness or muscle-mass. The articles will be more in depth than the fundamental articles, and will focus more on a specific goal rather than just general fitness.
Because fat loss is such a popular goal in modern fitness industry, we will have a complete subsection covering fat loss training. Here you can find the best proven tricks for fast and non-time consuming fat loss. Rather you want to lose a few pounds to get your abs to show, or want to lose tens of pounds, this section is worth reading.
This subsection will contain premade routines for people who do not want to invest the time to craft their own personal program but want something premade. The section will mainly feature programs for beginners with different goals. Some of the routines will be for the more advanced trainees, but very advanced and elite athletes should craft their own personal program based on their needs and experience.
