Nutrition

This part of the website is dedicated to the most fundamental part of training, health and achieving great results; nutrition. I can’t emphasize enough how important nutrition is for reaching your goals. Whether you are trying to become an elite athlete or just trying to improve you looks or daily energy, I think it is fair to say that nutrition is by far the most important part of living a healthy and successful lifestyle. Without proper nutrition you can train all you want, but you will only see minimal results or no results at all.

Whether your goal is gaining muscle or losing bodyfat, or just improving your physical and mental fitness, nutrition is the most important thing to get in check. Nutrition is our number one weapon for reaching great results. The good part is; nutrition can be quite easy. With just a few adjustments to your daily eating habits you can change your life and greatly improve your results.

Most people are afraid that eating healthy can be a complex and daunting task. The opposite is true. After you’ve learned the fundamental rules of eating healthy, it is quite easy to do. The articles posted in this section will help you better understand nutrition and why it is such a key factor in achieving the results you are looking for. The articles will contain tips and tricks to optimize you’re eating and drinking habits and will mainly focus on the fundamentals of eating healthy. These articles are not here to make you a nutrition expert, they are here to help you gain the knowledge you need to reach your goals. Some of the articles will contain more in depth information than others, but the whole focus is to help you optimize your nutrition without spending hours of research into nutrition. It’s all about the fundamentals.

My method is not supporting the use of supplements, but I’m not advising against it either. Most supplements will do almost nothing for you, but some can come in handy. Since supplements are nutrition as well, there will probably be quite a few articles about supplements in this section. If you do decide to buy supplements, I think it is important for one to know which supplements you could consider buying, and which you should definitely not buy. I can really advise on reading the supplement articles before buying supplements. Remember however that without proper nutrition and training supplements will not do a thing for you at all. They are called ‘’supplements’’ for a reason, they’re supplemental.

The articles in this section will be divided in 3 sections:

“Nutrition Fundamentals” will be the thing you should read first. These articles contain the basics every person should know before being able to obtain a healthy and successful lifestyle. The basics about calorie counting, and the most important habits one should learn to improve his health and gain or lose weight will be covered in this section.

 “Advanced and Specific Nutrition” contains more in depth information for people who want to take their knowledge to the next level. Specific information about special nutrition for losing and gaining weight, mental focus and things like getting a better looking appearance in general (skin, hair etc.) can be found in this section.

 “Supplements and drugs” will all be about what kind of supplements you could consider buying, and the effects of supplements and drugs on the individual taking them. Because I consider supplements something not nearly as important as proper nutrition, most articles on this page will be focused on the fundamentals of nutrition rather than suppelemtns. (This will not affect the quality of the supplement articles of course; I tend to write in the highest quality possible) Even though I am not a real fan of supplements, I think it is important to have a proper understanding about them.
