Approach

In modern society time is something scarce. That’s why I believe modern fitness programs should focus on efficiency. Programs should be non-time consuming, and be focused on results rather than on the training itself. With carefully designed programs, it is possible to reach maximum results in minimum amounts of time. That is where to main focus of my system lies, maximum results, minimal time consumption.

Another thing my system advocates is that reaching your goals should cost the least amount of money possible. Modern fitness magazines and fitness gurus make it look like you need to spend tons of cash to reach results. This is not true. Great results can be achieved without ever spending a dime on supplements, drugs, or expensive personal trainers. But hey, the modern fitness industry is not here to help you reach your goals, they’re here to take your money. The magazines are full of professional bodybuilder routines that would make you huge in just eight weeks. Well guess what, most people aren’t professional bodybuilders. They don’t spend multiple thousand dollars on drugs, supplements, they can’t spend 40 hours a week in the gym, and they don’t have multiple years of weightlifting experience under their belt. The things modern fitness industry tries to make you believe aren’t realistic. Their main focus is making you believe spending money is the only way to achieve success. Their programs might work for the professional bodybuilders and for people who can afford to spend allot of time and money, but they will definitely not help the average Joe reach his six-pack abs. My system is focused on helping average people who don’t have much time or money to invest, reach maximum results in short amounts of time. This does not mean it is easy however. But reaching success is never easy. One thing I can assure you is that once you’ve adapted to the right lifestyle, success will be guaranteed. Not only will your physical appearance undergo positive changes, your mind will be more clear, you will feel younger, more energetic, more self-confident, and you will have more success is all aspects of your life.

The last and probably the most important thing of the Coach Bentley approach to health is science. I’m a firm believer in science, and you should be too. Science should be the fitness fanatic’s greatest friend. Because science actually PROVES what works. All the things I teach my clients are PROVEN to work, either by science or by real life experience. This is the major difference between my approach and the approach most self-claimed fitness gurus and magazines. My experience allows me to create programs that work for everyone. My site contains the right information for every trainee. The main focus of this website is to help people who are just starting out adapt to the right lifestyle, but even elite athletes will find unique and useful information around here.
