My name is Bent Vader, but most people call me Bentley. I’m a personal trainer from The Netherlands. I really enjoy studying health related subjects and coaching people to success. I’ve been into sports for most of my life and have been mentally and physically coaching other people for over 5 years. After achieving great success with most of my clients I decided to share my knowledge and results with the world and start my personal coaching website coachbentley.com.
I’m a fanatic weightlifter myself, and have experience in lots of competitive sports. I’ve been recovering from a major injury, and have more free time on my hands to help other people get successful. Some of the sports I’ve been into are;
Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Tae-kwon-do, Bodybuilding, Fitness, Parkour, Gymnastics, Football, Soccer, Rugby, Hockey and general conditioning.
